- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Write the number on the outside of the shipping box so it can be easily identified. Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
- If the original shipping container is damaged, please keep it for a possible claim with the shipper.
- We encourage you to properly package and track your return box. Ashmont Engraving is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit or further damages due to improper return packaging.
Shipping Reimbursements
- Ashmont Engraving will reimburse you for ground shipping costs for authorized returns or exchanges. Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Non-personalized merchandise returned for credit does not qualify for shipping reimbursement.
- Ashmont Engraving will pay to ship replacement items via ground service only. Customers requiring rush shipping will be charged.
